Do you have after Pay or Zip pay?
Currently we only offer the secure options of Credit Card Payments (both MasterCard and Visa). We will be introducing further options in the near future!

What time does the course start?
Most Training courses commence at 8:30am and will go until 4:30pm. When you book with us, you will receive a confirmation email with lots of important and useful information about your course and our facility. It is important to read this email carefully and to contact us if you have any further questions.

Is there onsite parking?
All of our sites are in popular easy to access location surrounded by shopping complexes and side streets. We are very mindful of our neighbours and as such, most sites do not have any parking in the complex. At most, you would need to do a few minutes of walking!

What is difference between the blue and yellow card?
These Traffic Courses are now known as Traffic Controller (formally Blue) and Implementer (Formally Yellow) and PWZTMP (was known as Red Card)

What do I wear?
Best to wear comfortable clothing. Closed shoes are a MUST. Where a course requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) then the good news is that we provide this. Some courses require you bring your own PPE to your final assessment (these are very cheap items such as High Visibility Vests). Not all courses are the same however, we advise you carefully read your Confirmation Email which has important information.

Do I need PPE for my course?
Best to wear comfortable clothing. Closed shoes are a MUST. Where a course requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) then the good news is that we provide this. Some courses require you bring your own PPE to your final assessment (these are very cheap items such as High Visibility Vests)

Can I do a course when I am on a visa?
We are an approved provider and we can deliver most of our short courses to international students.
Note: *Students still be required to comply with Australian domestic legislative and regulatory requirements. Overseas students will not be able to apply for student visas based on exempt courses alone

What is the pass rate – can you guarantee 100% pass rate?
We have the best pass rates in the industry. We cannot and will not guarantee 100% pass rates, as this would mean that we would be offering inferior quality training and assessment. Rather, we can confidently say that our courses are well designed to assist you to get the required outcome. If you do not meet the required outcome at first, our further training and re-assessment, systems are there to ensure you do! Here is NO failing at Licences 4 Work!

Can I re- book a class or assessment?
Our terms allow for reschedules; however, we have to ensure we look after all of our customers. Rescheduling means that you will be taking an available spot that someone else may have taken! For this reason, reschedules are free if the request is made well before your scheduled date(s). If things change for you, as they do, then a small reschedule fee applies for most courses. If you feel that, your circumstances require social treatment then let us know and we will always consider your circumstances. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of our courses when booking and again if you feel you need to reschedule.

Do I need a USI?
Yes. This is a legal requirement. We cannot issue your certificate(s) unless you provide us with a valid USI. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you with this.

Do I need to bring 100 Point of ID?
All courses need at least one form of ID. Some courses have additional ID requirements prescribed by Regulations. Please check our website, our Terms and Conditions and your Confirmation Email for further information.

How do I get there?
Our website and your Confirmation Email that we will send you when you book will have the address of your training.

What are the differences between recertification and refresher?
This depends on the course you are doing or requiring. Some courses require refresher; an example First Aid, others require recertification. Our website clearly explains the differences refresher and recertification and how to determine which one you will need.

Does the course price include assessments?
Yes! All of our course fees include assessment.

Can I book my assessment now?
This will depend on the course you are doing. Some courses have the assessment embedded in your scheduled time with us. Others have a separate assessment process. Where this is the case then your assessment is booked once you are “ready” for assessment. We do this to ensure you have the best training possible and then the best chance to meet your required outcome the first time.

Can I pay for my course on the day?
Our courses are very popular! This is why we require booking in advance. If you cannot pay the full course fee, you may call us to pay a smaller amount upfront and the balance on the day (selected courses ONLY).

Can I do two courses on the same day?
No, however you can book more than one course and make some huge savings! Also, consider doing “combo” courses.

Can I pay in instalments or a payment plan?
We currently have installment options for selected courses.

Can I move my booking once I have paid?

How long does my card take to come in the mail?
Some certificates and cards are issued on the day, others are sent by the regulator and some require an application. We will look after all of that for you to ensure you get your cards as soon as possible. Importantly, all our courses allow you to work with your training as soon as you complete your course. Some courses will result in temporary licences/permits issued on the day to ensure you can legally work. These generally allow you to work for up to 90 days.

Can I Work as soon as I finish my training?
Some certificate and cards are issue on the day, others sent by the regulator and some require an application. We will look after all of that for you to ensure you get your cards as soon as possible. Importantly, all our courses allow you to work with your training as soon as you complete your course. Some course will result in temporary licences/permits issued on the day to ensure you can legally work. These generally allow you to work for up to 90 days.

Do I have to complete a work placement?
Some our courses require that you be assessed in a real workplace. Good news is that we provide work placement where this is the case at no cost!
